How It Works

If you find a lower advertised price on an identical product from an authorised competitor, we will beat that price by 7%. Our Price Match Guarantee applies to all products available on our website and is subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Request Process: To request a price match, please contact our sales team with the necessary proof of the lower price. Our team will verify the information and process the price match accordingly.
2. Eligible Competitors: The competitor must be an authorised dealer of the product and operate within Australia. The lower price must be in effect at the time of the price match request.
3. Identical Product: The product must be identical in brand, model, and specifications. It must also be in stock and available for immediate purchase from the competitor.
4. Verification: To qualify for a price match, you must provide proof of the lower price (landed price including shipping). This can include a current advertisement, a quote from the competitor, or a link to the competitor's website.
5. Exclusions: Our Price Match Guarantee does not apply to labour inclusive services, nor does it apply to clearance, closeout, or discontinued items, as well as pricing errors or typographical errors. Additionally, it does not apply to special promotions, bundles, or rebates.
6. Refunds: If you have already purchased the product from us and find a lower price from an eligible competitor within 5 days of your purchase, we will refund the difference. Please contact our sales team with proof of the lower price and your order details.
7. Limitations: We reserve the right to reject any request, and or limit the number of price match requests per customer and per product. The Price Match Guarantee is subject to change without notice.
